Request for less distracting lock lost indication

I am in the process of upgrading from PHD 1 to 2.  It is used for spectroscopy 
with on slit guiding.  In this configuration, lock is often lost on faint stars 
when the star is exactly on the slit. It is not a problem though as the star is 
instantly picked up and moved back if it leaves the slit. In PHD2 though I get 
a distracting all red alarm screen when lock is lost. Is there a way of 
disabling this?

When the star is lost we already show the text "Star lost" in the leftmost part 
of the status bar and change the search region box to orange dotted lines, so 
maybe we do not need any other indicator, just an option to turn off the 
blinking red screen.
