Windows 8 reports error message connecting to old SSAG camera #273

Message fro  Malcom on the stark-labs yahoo list:

I reinstalled the latest version 2.2 from you website as requested and did the 
file switchero as outlined.  I got an error message (I had seen this when I 
originally installed the program at the beginning and thought that was the 
problem).  When I said ok to the error I noticed that I was connected and the 
camera was responding as I would have expected.  The error message was as 
follows:

Can't read value of 
'HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{eb781aaf-9c70-4523-95df...\DriverV
ersion'
(error 2: the system cannot find the file specified)
