Need a warning if AO simulator is connected and camera simulator is not #279

It's possible to accidentally select the AO simulator in the Connect Equipment 
dialog along with a real camera and mount. This leads to unexpected results 
(like attempting to calibrate the AO simulator).

We should at least issue a warning (if not outright disable the AO simulator) 
when the AO simulator is connected to along with anything other then the camera 
simulator.
