PHD2 Intermittently Freezes With The QHY5L-II M

What steps will reproduce the problem?

It intermittently freezes. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

PHD2 V2.2.1 on 64 bit Win 7 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.

To track this problem down , I downloaded the PHD2 source added some trace 
statements and built under VS2013. You source code has the image size for the 
QHY5L-II M  hard coded as 1280 * 1024 when it should be 1280 * 960. This seems 
to be adversely affecting the QHY5LIIdll  procedure call "isExposing" in that 
it is failing to report the exposure has been completed causing PHD2 to sit in 
an endless loop waiting for the exposure to complete.
