Linux: move INDI menu functions to gear setup dialogs #289

The Linux INDI menu predated the gear setup buttons on the connect equipment 
dialog. We should move the INDI setup to gear setup dialogs accessible from the 
Setup Camera/Setup Mount buttons on the connect equipment dialog.

Implemented in r1241.

Almost no change was required in libindiclient, so I think it was not necessary 
to wait for the new client.

This make INDI much more convenient to use.
