faint stars/cloud protetcion #294

Hi, this is an ehancement suggestion :

If a stars becomes too faint due to clouds coming
the soft should stop sending correction commands and automatically 
goes back to correction when the stars is coming back.

I think you are looking for Star Mass Change Detection

 http://openphdguiding.org/man-dev/Advanced_settings.htm#Guiding_Tab

You can try enabling that option. If the star mass value changes by more than 
the star mass threshold (percent) then no guiding corrections will be sent.
