ASCOM camera should provide gain setting in brain #296

ASCOM cameras do not provide a gain setting in the brain even though the ASCOM 
camera interface provides methods for setting the gain.

We should update phd2 to allow setting camera gain in the brain.

This is not a very high priority since often the camera setup dialog provided 
by the ASCOM driver (accessible through the Camera Setup button on the Connect 
Equipment window) allows setting camera gain.  However, it would be nice to 
provide the gain setting in the brain as well.
