Request to re-use dark library or bad-pixmap in multiple equipment profiles #322

it would be good to have an option to copy or reuse a dark library or 
bad-pixmap across profiles

currently if you have two profiles with the same camera, you need to re-create 
the dark lib or bad-pixmap in each profile
