Star::AutoFind errors in PSF convolution #330

There are some math errors in the PSF convolution function in Star::AutoFind 
leading to small spurious artifacts.  Not all points in the 9x9 region 
contribute to the final value, and some points are added multiple times 
(effectively giving an excessively high weighting.)

The math errors usually do not cause problems as long as the image is smooth 
(no hot pixels) and stars are far apart.
