PHD2 should support camera rotators in OAG setups. We should record the
rotator angle at the time of calibration, then adjust calibration according to
the rotator angle when guiding starts.
This will allow one to stop guiding, rotate the camera/OAG, then resume guiding
and not have to recalibrate.
