Time picker sets the wrong value when executed setting quickly #716

Hello, The problem is: Perform click "Set" button immediately, after changing the value of hours or minutes in the time picker. The time picker closes, but the initial time has not been changed

For example:

The initial value is 7:30 am
Open time picker, enter a value of minutes field is 00
Click the "Set" button immediately
Time values unchanged, remain is 07:30
