Feature Request: Third-Party Maintenance Vendor Database Creation

User Role:

• Maintenance Coordinator / Facility Manager

User Stories:

• Story 1:

  • As a Maintenance Coordinator,
  • I want to have a centralized database containing detailed information about all third-party maintenance vendors,
  • So that the app's algortihm can quickly identify and contact the appropriate vendors for specific maintenance tasks like painting, window replacement, A/C repair, etc.

• Story 2:

  • As a Maintenance Coordinator,
  • I need the database to include contact information, services offered, and historical performance data for each vendor,
  • So that I can know why the app took the decisions it took when scheduling quotation or execution visits at client sites.

• Story 3:

  • As a Maintenance Coordinator,
  • I want the ability to easily update and add new vendor information into the database,
  • So that the vendor list remains current and comprehensive for all maintenance needs.

• Story 4:

  • As a Facility Manager,
  • I need the database to be easily accessible and user-friendly,
  • So that I can efficiently retrieve information and coordinate maintenance tasks without delays.

4. Acceptance Criteria:

   • For Story 1:

     • Given I am planning a maintenance job,
     • When the app's algorithm selects a vendor from the database,,
     • Then I should be able to view a list of all available third-party vendors categorized by their area of expertise.

   • For Story 2:

     • Given I need to schedule a service with a vendor,
     • When I access the vendor database
     • Then I should see detailed information including contact details, services offered, and any past job performance reviews.

   • For Story 3:

     • Given new vendor information is available,
     • When I update the database,
     • Then the new information should be reflected immediately and accurately in the database.

   • For Story 4:

     • Given the need to access vendor information,
     • When I use the database,
     • Then it should provide an intuitive interface for quick and hassle-free navigation and retrieval of information.
