Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the process for handling maintenance inquiries is cumbersome and disjointed, as it relies on manual email communication. This method is inefficient and can lead to missed or delayed responses to important inquiries, as well as difficulty in tracking and prioritizing issues.

Describe the solution you'd like I propose the development of a dedicated list module within our application to manage all inquiries centrally. This module should include:

• A dashboard providing statistics (e.g., total inquiries, categorization by status, response times)
• The ability to import inquiries directly from emails and attached images
• A searchable and filterable list view for all inquiries
• Features to tag, prioritize, and assign inquiries to respective team members

Describe alternatives you've considered At this moment, no alternatives have been considered as the current email-based system is clearly inadequate for our growing needs. However, I am open to suggestions on different approaches to streamline our inquiry management process.

Additional context Inquiries often include image attachments that need to be reviewed by the maintenance team. The solution should therefore allow for easy viewing and organization of these image attachments. The goal is to create a more effective and efficient inquiry management workflow that minimizes the reliance on manual email handling and promotes a more responsive maintenance support structure.
