New entities created on restart of Home Assistant

I am getting a new set of entities with new ids created on every restart of Home Assistant. After some restarts: Screenshot 2020-10-25 at 09 47 05

This is on Home Assistant 0.116.4 Does not happen for any of my other integrations.
