Fix timezone related issues #37

Interpret realtime dates as local timezone (fixes #28).
Use local timezone when formatting x-axis.
Make sure that home info is available before creating TibberCam.

I've removed the plugin, as I saw no use for it. Uses Tibber and Nordpool rest api , with input_text as cache and uses Apex chart to display prices.
