[FEATURE] Layers: Keyboard Shortcut F2 for quick-rename without opening dialog. #11

When a layer is selected (and the Layer panel is in focus / was clicked last / mouse-moved on top), it would be nice for the F2 key to make the field editable instead of opening a new dialog box.
