[FEATURE] Palette: Move or Duplicate "Color" menu's commands in Palette panel for convenience. #18

Move or duplicate the "Color" commands from the top-menu, into an icon placed beside the "Add" and "Remove" icons (ex: a Gear icon that you can click and open a context-menu).
