[0.4.4 WIN] Asking for license file every time it starts up #49

PyxelEdit asks to paste in the license file every time it opens. It seems to have trouble saving it to the filesystem. Workaround is opening C:\Program Files (x86)\PyxelEdit\Settings\LicenseKey.txt as administrator and pasting it there.
