Process all existing articles before initial one

• create article parser to extract ticker info from raw articles
• change order of annotations processors in configuration annotationProcessorPaths so lombok generates getters and setters before mapstruct tries to use them
• Create custom jitter to avoid bombarding site with requests
• change for now trigger controller logic to test functionality that I am currently work on the most
• move w3m interaction logic to w3m client
• add some methods to create mocked data and not realy waste time going to real site
