53 fix tag subs regisrty link update #67

Description

Fixed unable to update permalink and insert subscription regisrty for tag subscriptions.

Updated name of workflow action to build docker

Fixes #53

Test Configuration:

Firmware version: MacOS 14
Hardware: M1 Pro
SDK: jdk-17.0.2
