Description

Added unit and integration tests

Fixes #22

How Has This Been Tested?

[x] Integration tests for microservices: subscription_holder, t_coub_initiator, kafka_message_producer, kafka_message_consumer, coub_smart_searcher
[x] Unit tests for telegram_bot microservice

Test Configuration:

Firmware version: MacOS 14.3 (23D56)
Hardware: Apple M1 Pro
SDK: Eclipse Temurin JDK 21.0.2+13-LTS
