Fix that all unlocks are displayed

Currently not all unlocks (expansion pack) are displayed ingame and ingame unlock menu. This maybe caused that not all features where unlocked.

Fixed this in: 67f3a6f27a3250928d3c341add4890ad9ec9c68c.
