Allow for builds that have certain upgrades sealed

I imagine this is in a similar tier of annoying to implement as allowing characters with weapon evolutions to get their weapons base forms. Certain builds necessitate sealing the upgraded form of a weapon. for example, the above build would actually have Valkyrie turner and Vandalier sealed, since the upgrades for both of those weapons cause them to cease working with their arcana.

another obvious case one would need this would be for divine bloodline builds.

Amount is a fantastic stat, so you're likely to have to seal the ring upgrade

First thing that comes to mind for implementation would be to have a button that lets you "seal" upgrades that you click on when the upgrade window is open.
