File parsing needs to be lenient, sort of #14

As I improve on existing file parsing and implement new supported filetypes I'm going to need to be prepared to handle malformed data or something that uses unexpected attributes, tags, etc.

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna pass this off to OpenBabel instead
