I need to make my current implementation more lenient and more encompassing. I also need to check on the actual schema of cml files.

I should also be able to handle generic XML files that are used to store the data in much the same way

I also want to handle json files, that should be pretty similar as well

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna pass this off to OpenBabel instead
