Rework page with Bootstrap menu, structure, controls, etc

Use this or another tutorial to create a better structured page using BootStrap.

I'm guessing I'll have to add a reference to the Bootstrap library, unless it's already included in the links for DataTables (need to check).

I'm not sure exactly what's involved in this, but when it's done I hope to have:

• the same table in the middle (DataTables)
• proper file structure
  • for html, css, js, images and whatever else
• styling separated from html
• ability to alter styling to add dark mode feature (later)
• more minimalistic header with menu that is easy to add features to like:
  • column visibility settings / sub-menu / popup or something
  • export options
  • version selection perhaps
• footer with links I guess
