Run without tunnel #11

Hi @DannyDainton can i run this bot without run the tunnel if i have public IP?

If I'm honest, I can't even remember how I even did this now - Sorry mate, just not looked at it in a long time. 😬

I believe the tunnel part was added just for local development so that there was an external endpoint to add to Slack, once the server was up and running.

For example, if this was hosted and running on Heroku, that would have a public endpoint to add to Slack, which which be hit once you enter the Slash Command in the UI.
