[REQUEST] Restart Timer #11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users use restart timers to automate shutdown/startup of their server

Describe the solution you'd like Restart timer/taskkill current processes, ensure that dzsa mod server and other processes are killed too before restarting

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A
