[REQUEST] BEC Intergration #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current version of the script does not start BEC, this is used to monitor/admin the server and is a core process for dayz

Describe the solution you'd like Optional BEC support, ensure that this is watched and restarted at the same time as the server, and take in account the restart feature request #11

Describe alternatives you've considered Users can start BEC themselves?
