Implement MAME4droid as a "foreground service" to avoid auto-close #182

1. Play MAME4droid.
2. Minimize to do something else, tap a notification, etc.
3. Back to the MAME4droid.

The emulator might get killed by Android's processes nature, so you lose all 
the progress you made in the game.

MAME4droid 1.5.2 on Android 2.3 / 4.0.
