Force-close on Messages when going to General Settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Full wipe, clean install of IC 3.2 svn rev 192
2. Boot into IC launcher
3. Open Messages app
4. Tap on Action Box Overflow dots
5. Tap on Settings
6. Tap on General
7. Receive message "Unfortunately, Messages has stopped"
8 Tapping on OK returns me to the All Messages screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Tapping on General should open the Messages general settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-InsertCoin 3.2-3 svn rev 192 odexed
-Android 4.3
-HTC Sense 5.0
-Kernel 3.4.10-geee1312 (stock)
-Baseband: 4A.19.3263.13_10.38j.1157.04L
-Build: 3.09.401.1 CL235216
-Recovery: TWRP 2.6.0.1
-Hboot 1.54 S-on

Please provide any additional information below.
-This is also reproducible using rev 190
