Wifi calling #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No settings menu entry
2. No icon in notification bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see a wifi calling logo like what was shown in previous 4.1.2 
android version of insert coin. instead I see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android V. 4.2.2
HTC Sense 5.0
Software: InsertCoin 3.0-12
HTC SDK API level 5.34
Service provider: T-Mobile
Region: USA

you can't have wifi calling on 4.2.2 or 4.3 until there is an update from 
tmobile for the app to work with those android versions
