What is the current behavior?

469 changed the way strings are encoded within _WD_ExecuteScript, which results in extra string escaping in _WD_GetElementByRegEx

What is the new behavior?

• Removed line in _WD_GetElementByRegEx causing extra backslash escaping
• Added details to remarks of _WD_Storage
