Add possibility to lock armor stands & item frames #1679

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently you can use /lock command to lock blocks and chests, but not armor stands. Every player can retrieve armor from armor stand without possibility to limit to only one person.

//EDIT also item frames need locking too.

Describe the solution you'd like An addition to lock armor stands with /lock command so that only the person who locks it gets access to it.

Describe alternatives you've considered So far I've kept my stuff locked in chests, but you can't flaunt with your armor then :D

It was pointed out to me that item frames also would need locking.
