Feature Request: Bluemap Support #1794

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Due to performance constraints from our server host, Dynmap very much hogged up our server's resources, so we had to pick & switch to another dynamic map plugin. We chose BlueMap over Dynmap specifically, both due to better performance, and overall feature availability, as the plugin of choice.
Although, as MedievalFactions doesn't have BlueMap support, we were unable to add faction territorial claims to our dynamic map.

Describe the solution you'd like

When BlueMap is installed, and the feature is enabled, faction territory should be displayed on BlueMap's dynamic map. This could be a "pick one or the other" solution, with either Dynmap or BlueMap having to be chosen to render claims in, or both depending on detection, if any server decides to use both for some reason.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We have considered using a plugin to make a hacky solution to this problem, by making a mock Dynmap plugin to intercept API calls and sending them directly to BlueMap, however, that'd probably be very very inefficient of a solution, and we haven't really found anything like that.

I took a look at that demo you linked and Bluemap seems really cool. I like that the API is public and that there seems to be support. I will give this feature request some thought. Thank you very much for submitting it!
