unable to change faction name #1800

Describe the bug

Using /faction /mf /f set name [name] returns "You do not have permission to set your faction name."

To Reproduce

Create new faction try to change the faction name

Expected behavior

I expected the faction name to be changed

Note: Restarting the server did not help.

It occurs to me that the latest versions of the plugin are not listed in the issue template. I've opened a work item to correct this: https://github.com/Dans-Plugins/Medieval-Factions/issues/1801
