Explore btMotionState for callback like functionality #16

Right now, the implementation is quite generic and transfers the computations seamlessly between applications and looks fast. But is there a better way of doing this and updating the Abstraction layer?

btMotionState is only for interpolation of frame values and nothing like this is needed now.
