Shooting another player/innocent/detective or murderer does nothing #10

Basically when the murderer, player, innocent or detective has a bow and shoots at the murderer or anyone in the game thats alive, it does nothing to them.

IM INVESTIGATING IT AT THE MOMENT.

This was finally fixed in the latest patches by me, yeah #12 was good but didnt really helped so i had to change it to a different thing but still used EntityShootBowEvent
