Can't install the server #4

I gave the GameEngine and the Install folders permissions to 777 (to the hole files inside), And it says: Warning: mysql_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /data/multiserv/users/1120168/projects/2491873/www/install/include/constant.php on line 5

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /data/multiserv/users/1120168/projects/2491873/www/install/include/constant.php:5) in /data/multiserv/users/1120168/projects/2491873/www/install/process.php on line 80

frankly I intall it properly without any error I do not see how it is that you have as its error

But you don't recognize this error? I tried for a few times and It didn't worked.

this is a database error delete all files and all databases used when you tried installing before and reupload with a fresh data base worked for me :)
