To start off, we should initialise the project.

This consists of some basic elements:

index html page, css, js, that sort of things
a configuration to run unit tests (I recommend Karma with Jasmine). Also, as this is a project for beginners, we'll stick with unit tests and leave end-to-end tests for now
a TODO list of ideas that you come up with and should be discussed with team members. This should be kept up to date at all times.
