Fixes issue with aiorwlock version 1.3 breaking

Also adds google spreadsheets api and requests as dependencies which were not previously listed in the readme

@Danyc0 Any update on the status of this PR? I foolishly put it on the main branch of our repo so I can't merge the other branches in the UoB-Poker fork.

If you're not sure / don't have the time to look right now, I can close it and open a new one from a different branch.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get around to this, could you update it to match the current requirements? (A few have updated to work with python 3.10)
