Add Get-PTA Cmdlet to get the protocol association(s)

Noticed that the module was missing Get-PTA in order for users to get the protocol association, akin to Get-FTA.

Let me know if there are any issues.

Realized I never changed the Write-Host copy denoting what type of association is being queried, I can change that and push changes.
