Won't start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on icon
2. start from Terminal
3. Only from terminal and devel-su activated it starts but without gps signal.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Welcome to waze and can start earn points and navigate. 
I see gps blinks and gone. and in devel-su it is not connected to gps.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9-45 , 0.9,  0.11 and even downgraded to 0.0.1 with new look. 
Nokia N9 Latest kernel image. Even reflashed it today.

Please provide any additional information below.

Now, after installed 0.11 i can run it from devel-su. but it chrashes 
occasionally.

please note that waze should run as the normal user amd not as root...
