Abstract: Apply to reward the new contributors of the sharing meetup.

Reference implementation: It is recommended that Arc(Arbitrum code review), maroonstar1(Curve V1 StableSwap code review), Kai(Decentralized options) should be given a reward of 1,000 yuan (160dai) per person.

摘要: 申请奖励新一批优秀分享者。

参考实现 ： 建议目前优秀的分享者 Arc(Arbitrum code review), maroonstar1(Curve V1 StableSwap code review), Kai(Decentralized options) 给以每人1000元奖励(160dai)。
