I can't hear anything on cox purples/whites #60

I activate the 2 options and nothing, I can't find a folder to add my own custom sounds, please add that option I usually play to go to cox I want odablock to congratulate me after receiving a purple D:

(for my own information) check if the wall between chest and room is gone, once it's gone check light.
