Music isn't right in Shikigami no Shiro 2 #246

Music doesn't sound right in Shikigami no Shiro 2, some voices are missing and 
notes are cut short.

(note the different sustain lengths)

Tested in r78, all different AICA options tried.

I notice this problem in several other games (eg. Skies Of Arcadia, Virtua 
Striker 2), but it is most obvious in this game.
