The History and Ending FMVs on Virtua Fighter 3TB flicker heavily, some proper 
seizure-inducing stuff.

NTSC GDI tested on r78.

You can view the History FMV without needing to play through the game - it's in 
the options.

I tried play the History FMV on nullDC 1.0.4 r136 and still has the problem...
Can this be fixed in the next releases, please? Thank you.
