KOF '99 Evolution (NTSC-J) graphic glitches #458

KOF '99 Evolution uses 3D backgrounds and I've noticed some glitches in some of 
the scenaries.

Rainy garden: the shadows may flash under the right front porch when you run to 
it;
Clock tower view: the sunbeam will "corrupt" the clock in the tower
Sewer: shadows in the water are not very well drawn
Krizalid 2: when the power reactor in the center releases the energy the floor 
gets very broken.

Actually I've not played this game on a real Dreamcast yet, but I suppose it 
shouldn't be like that in the real console.

I'm using nullDC 1.0.4 r136 with the default plugins that come with it, and set 
it to output at the highest resolution.

I'm using Win 7 x64 with an E8400 @ 3.0ghz and a GeForce 8800GTS.
