Fixed panning while zoomed in #366

As mentioned in #348 panning while zoomed in sometimes randomly changes the page, which makes it almost impossible to read some doujins with smaller text.

I don't normally do java/android stuff so I hope I didn't f**k up too hard.

It seems ok on the java part, but you should re-add the distributionSha256Sum since it is needed to the F-Droid release
