Constant connection sucurity check on launch #509

Expected Behavior

Well it's supposed to launch and diplay shmentai isn't it ?

Current Behavior

App stays on the connection security check that happens on launch, it seems to be in a loop for some reason, as it tells me the connection is secure for a second before going back to checking as if it just refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. I installed the app
  2. Launched my VPN (I use Windscribe)
  3. Launch the app
  4. It gets into a security check loop

Context

Upon launching the app it checks if the connection is secure, after a while it tells me it is for a split second before going back to checking. Then it's a loop of checking -> saying ok for a second -> and going back to checking again.

Note that This happens straight up on launch of the app, i didn't click on anything yet.

I also tried displaying in browser while my VPN is active to see if that was the issue but the website did the security check no problem and let me in. (https://nhentai.net/?page=1) So i doubt it's the source of the problem itself,

Maybe the app can't deal with the Vpn connection ?

Did you tried to clear cache and cookies? Sometimes I have this problem too. so I just clear cache, cookies and reopen app again then it's working fine.

I don't use vpn but you can check this one.

I just tried and it still gets stuck in that weird loop...

Also what VPN should i check ?

Same for me. Cleared apps cache and cookies and all data in Android app management but there is still an infinite cloudflare security test loop. It worked two days ago...

Same for me in few days ago, some days I get loop in cloudflare too but today it's working fine. (I always clear cookies then exit and reopen app again if I stuck in loop. If not working, I will try to clear cookies and loop it again)

Huh? I changed absolutely nothing and 12 hours later it works again. I assume that cloudflare had issues then?
